Beauty Salon Booking Policy * Appointments are confirmed only after confirmation from our team and are subject to availability. * A deposit may be required for selected treatments or packages and will be deducted from your final bill. * Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or be required to reschedule. * Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. * Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. * Completed treatments, packages, and deposits are non-refundable. Any service concerns should be raised within 48 hours for review. * Please take care of your personal belongings, as the salon is not responsible for any loss or damage. * We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour. * Management reserves the right to update or amend this booking policy at any time without prior notice.
